Request deletion of your FamLife account and your personal data. No sign-in required.
Request account deletion
Enter the email address you used to sign up for FamLife. Submitting this form does not delete your account immediately — it creates a request that our team reviews and processes.
What gets deleted vs. kept
Deleted: your personal profile (name, photo, bio), your account preferences, and all sign-in and session tokens linked to your account.
Kept for your family: content you contributed — such as Memories, comments and relationship connections — remains in your family's shared archive so their history is not broken. Your name as the author is replaced with “Deleted member.”
Retention window: after deletion, some data may remain in secure system backups and server logs for up to 30 days before it is permanently purged.
Full content removal: available only if a Family Admin requests removal of specific items that do not affect other members' archives.
Still have the app?
You can submit the same request from inside FamLife: open the app, go to Settings, scroll down and tap “Delete my account”.
